Our Approach
We believe that understanding needs and careful planning are key to meeting our clients’ overall well-being.
Prior to rendering any services, a care manager will visit the client to prepare an ‘Individual Care Plan’. This is our opportunity to understand their requirements, put them at ease and eliminate undue stress and aggravation. These interactions are carefully documented and translated as instructions to the carer who will deliver the service. We only ever provide skilled and compassionate healthcare staff.
